::: in these early months, we're realizing that the shadow of discouragement is a daily part of our ministry dynamics...when you pour your heart into something or someone, your heart is put out there to get bruised...being in an unreached nation makes us particularly aware that discouragement can be tempered by spiritual discipline :::

2Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. 4Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
